You don't need more advice. You need results.

At Corvant AI, we do not treat your problem like a consulting exercise. We treat it like a business outcome that must be delivered.

Every engagement starts with a clear business case and agreed success metrics, before any work begins.

We only take on projects where we are confident we can deliver the result. We don't get paid without hitting it.

No open-ended retainers. No scope creep. No invoices for effort without outcome.

We start with your problem, and we work until it is resolved.

The question is never "where can we apply AI." It is "what is holding this business back, and what is the most effective way to fix it."

01

Diagnose

We identify the specific problems worth solving, the ones costing the most, blocking your business from performing at its best, and creating the highest return when fixed. We go deep on every one. If none of them justify the engagement, we will tell you before any work begins.

02

Design the solution

The solution is built around the specific problem identified in the diagnosis, with AI applied where it genuinely adds value. Every proposal comes with concrete, measurable success metrics. This phase does not close until you have signed off on both the design and the metrics.

03

Execute

Hands-on delivery by senior people, from start to finish. No handoffs. We work in weekly iterations so you can see progress and give feedback throughout. We use AI actively in execution to deliver the highest quality in the most efficient way.

04

Measure

We measure success against the agreed metrics, not against a scope document or a timeline. The engagement is completed when the outcome is delivered.

We're builders, not theorists.

This team has transformed businesses with AI. Not in theory. In the work, with real clients, with measurable results. Tracy and Ivan have been building together since 2015. Michael brings a decade of closing complex enterprise deals. Between them, there is no part of building or fixing a business they haven't done from the inside.

FAQ

Do you have the experience necessary to address problems in my industry? +
Yes, we do. Our clients have come from financial services, legal, telecom, software, and consumer technology. The industry matters less than the problem: what matters is whether you have a specific bottleneck that's costing you real money or blocking growth, and the authority to act on it. If you need it fixed rather than studied, we're likely a fit regardless of sector. We are industry agnostic, and if we ever lack any expertise to solve your problems, we ensure sourcing the right experts needed to achieve that goal.
What does working with Corvant actually look like? +
Every engagement starts the same way: we identify the specific problems worth solving, pick the one that costs the most and delivers the highest ROI when solved, and agree what success looks like in measurable terms before any work begins. That agreed outcome becomes the contract. We then work hands-on through delivery. We do not hand over a plan and disappear. The engagement closes when the agreed outcome is hit, not when a timeline runs out.
How does the outcomes-based model work in practice? +
Before work begins, we define the result together, a specific, measurable outcome with an agreed baseline and target. That becomes the success condition. We only take on engagements where we are confident we can hit it. If we don't, we don't get paid. This means we will tell you at the outset if we don't think the business case is strong enough to justify the engagement.
What kinds of problems do you fix? +
The ones with a measurable cost and a clear return when fixed. We work across AI implementation, strategy, product, marketing and sales, finance, operations, and all administrative support functions. We don't lead with service categories. We lead with your problem. If you have a specific, costly constraint in any of those areas and you need it fixed with measurable accountability, that's where we work.
What size or stage of business do you work with? +
Our sweet spot is SMB and mid-market, where we work directly with the owner or C-level and can move fast. The stage does not matter. There are different valuable problems to solve at every stage of a company's growth.
What happens in the 30-minute call? +
You tell us about your business, your bottlenecks, and your priorities. We listen and ask questions. We give you an honest assessment of whether there is a fit, and if there is, what working together might look like. There is no generic rehearsed sales pitch. If we think we can help, we will tell you specifically how. If we don't think we are the right fit, we will tell you that too.
Why should I trust a small firm with my serious problems? +
We are small, but we are not new to solving serious problems. We have worked with the biggest conglomerates and scaled companies from zero to millions. Our size is our advantage. We do not take on hundreds and thousands of cases simultaneously and deploy troops of juniors armed with generic models. We are the ones committing to your success, solving your problems, and delivering the outcome to you from start to finish, and we choose to be the most focused and efficient. In execution, our priority is delivering the highest quality solution, which means if we ever lack any expertise, we ensure sourcing the right ones needed to achieve that goal.
What kind of AI solutions have you delivered? +
We have delivered AI solutions in the areas of communications automation, marketing automation, knowledge management, AI products, software engineering, financial due diligence, project management and customer service automation. Furthermore, we have transformed a total of 6 businesses, covering 13 SaaS products, into AI-first organizations, utilizing AI tools across all business and administrative functions. Here are some specific examples of the work we have done:
  • Outreach & marketing automation — Scalable prospecting systems that multiply capacity without adding headcount or cost.
  • Software engineering — Redesigned development workflows around AI, cutting delivery time without compromising quality or team size.
  • Knowledge management — AI that continuously captures, enriches and maintains institutional knowledge across teams.
  • Finance — All invoices and purchase orders processed by AI, then routed to the right human or AI agent for execution.
  • Financial due diligence — AI-powered analysis across financial reports, customer data, business data and market dynamics.
  • Customer service — Automated resolution workflows built on an approved knowledge base, with clear escalation to human experts where it matters.
  • Operations — AI-automated project management across planning, status updates, risk and stakeholder communication.
